The service was fantastic from start to finish! Amazing communication throughout and super helpful, I honestly couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Delivery was great too, we were late home for the slot and the guys were really helpful and went out of their way to find a solution to our mistake.
The peice itself is stunning! I love that you can pick the legs, the red is perfect. The finish is so nice, they did a really good job on the refurb. Super honest with why it was reduced but it still looks amazing!

We are super happy with our cabinet! It looks brand new but has a lovely old school feel to it and it fits well into our scandi inspired home. The seller was very helpful and we could change the legs for this to copper which fits perfectly with our other furniture pieces with touches of copper. They also arranged the delivery with our timetables.

My husband and I bought a *gorgeous* sideboard from Hello Retro in June, just after moving into our first flat together, and are thrilled with our purchase. We trawled etsy and ebay for over a month looking for the perfect piece, and nothing came close to the ones we found on Hello Retro: the item we selected is stylish, extremely well restored, and features snazzy legs in an elegant duck egg blue. Everyone who visits comments on it! The service we received was exceptional from start to finish: Raphy answered our innumerable questions about leg length and type, suitability of particular pieces for different spaces, and how to keep the piece looking nice (linseed oil, apparently). She also ensured that it was delivered in time for our housewarming party! The whole process was seamless and friendly–a far cry from our experiences with large furniture manufacturers of long waits on the phone, automated messages, and delayed courier services. We are now in talks to find something for the other wall of the living room! Highly, highly, highly recommend.
We bought two pieces for our office. I added orange legs to match our logo colour. One piece had not been listed but Raphy was super helpful , providing options and all the measurements and it made ordering a breeze. The pieces were delivered ahead of schedule, with great comms from the delivery team. Both pieces look fabulous, in fantastic condition and really make the office look great!
